Every now and again our travels hit a new high point and last night was one of then. After a morning walking tour with the Royal Palace as the highlight, we had an easy afternoon, On the way out we went up to the rooftop again to have a pre night out drink. The view over Madrid was marvellous. We then taxied to Corral De La Moreria for our dinner and Flamenco show. Yesterday was a travel day as we flew from Paris to Madrid. On arrival at the hotel we ventured up to the rooftop pool and spent an enjoyable afternoon and I put in a reasonable training session for the forthcoming swim.
