42 degrees ahhhhh!!
Well we got up early to go and see a leather demonstration which was interesting I guess. After this we went for a walk to get some local food. Even tried some beef sandwich thing so I got a chicken sandwich and a cafe creme ( like a coffee frappe, really nice!).
After food we went to the museum to see David and thanks to a nice tip, we went straight in and skipped the hour line :) So David was absolutely amazing and spectacular! It was so breath taking just being able to see it in real life ( and yes to check out his anatomy!).
After seeing David we did some shopping, well lots of shopping :) After shopping we had a bit of a rest and decided on what else we wanted to do. As it was a Sunday not everything was open, but looking though our mini guide, the campinale (bell tower with 414 steps) was open. So after convincing Linda it would have an amazing view, we slowly climbed the 414 steps to the top. The view from the top was worth it as we got to overlook the whole of Florence and take some awesome photos.
After claiming up all those stairs we made our way to the bus and had a beer at the cafe whilst waiting.
So later on we went out for a group photo overlooking Florence and then for a Tuscan dinner. The dinner comprised of bruschetta and some other little bread things, followed by pasta, lasagna and some meat stuff. Desert was gelati (again!). After dinner we went to space electric disco and had a bit of a dance (I even got to dance in the dj booth!). After some drinks and a dance we called it a night in preparation for Lucerne!
So ciao from Florence and ciao from Italy. I will see you in Lucerne!
Miss you all! Not long and I'll be back :) xoxox
