Hi all, well nelsons pretty dead, hence why theres hardly any photos. weather was pretty bad too so only decided to stay for a few more days to enable us to do the abel tasman national park. not much else to say really! lol x

Kaikoura is absolutely beautiful. Snow capped mountains, lovely hostel and a bar where you can toss a coin for free drinks. I swear ive only had to pay for two out of about 12 in the last 3 days!!! nice!! Hanmer Springs is a pretty small place but we managed to keep ourselves busy by quad biking and enjoying the sulpher hot spas. very lovely. Nearly killed myself on a quad bike by turning it completely over... very funny (after the event! Lol) The drive up there was lush. So gorgeous. But the quad biking was def the highlight. 2hrs of pure fun, up hills and through through rivers ... great. And only 30quid! Only stayed a day as theres not much else to do and h...

Hi all, finally in the South Island and although its cold, its so sunny and lovely. Been enjoying a few days here before heading off to kaikoura monday morning. Had a lush day in Hanmer Springs today and photos will follow... nearly killed myself on a quad bike ... i kid you not!!! Looking forward to leaving here though as theres not enough nightlife apart from the hostel bar and although have had lovely days chilling out... I need bars!!! Hopefully the photo...

Hi guys, well spent some time in rotorua which is fanous for its geisers (hope ive spelt that right) and the egg smell.... sulphur from the geisers. It was lovely. Our first stop was the bath house. Its the main museum in rotorua and very interesting. Its all about the maori culture and the massive volcanic eruption that happened 120ish years ago. We spent alot of time in the park as theres geisers everywhere as you can from my photos. You get used to the egg...
