Next we spent a few days in Ko Tao which is famous for its diving so Damien and I trundled off to Bans diving school which is huuge. It has two really nice pools and if you enroll ina diving course accommodation is freee. I didn't dive because I hate everything sea and putting my face in the water.... but Damien spent 4 days with a group of about 6 loveelly people and learnt to dive!!!!! very exciting!!!! he was the best, obviously, and loved it loads! Ko Tao is a really nice small island, the beaches are sooo clear so we spent any spare time sitting in the shallow sea with a drink!

We had a bit of drama at the end of the diving course as at Bans they are soooooooooooo pushy into making you buy a video recording of the dive and to go on and do the advanced dive course. This ended up in a bit of an argument with the videographer and ourselves...nevermind. We've had far worse arguments this holiday!

We did find a looovely Mexican bar where they would show newish films on a big screen every night whilst you ate! We ended up there every night..

After diving we left straight away as Ko Tao is small and if you're not diving don't really bother, the whole island is dive crazy.
