Next we spent a few days in Ko Tao which is famous for its diving so Damien and I trundled off to Bans diving school which is huuge. It has two really nice pools and if you enroll ina diving course accommodation is freee. I didn't dive because I hate everything sea and putting my face in the water.... but Damien spent 4 days with a group of about 6 loveelly people and learnt to dive!!!!! very exciting!!!! he was the best, obviously, and loved it loads! Next up was Ko Phangan which is a really beautiful island! We had prebooked a 3 night stay at Utopia resort at the North and when we got there discovered we had been upgraded to a 50 quid a night room!!!!!!with a bath tub!!!! ammaaazing views of the sea an amazing balcony brilliant tv fridge and huugee bed. Helooo we're actually in Ko Samui now but we haven't been on for agggeees so thought a quick update on Bangkok was needed! We had read bad things about Bangkok being noisy and smelly and crowded etc etc but we looveeee Bangkok. It is such a fun place, looads to do and cheap, especially comp-ared to the islands.
