This was the view, from between the peaks, looking down. Somewhere straight down there...and I do mean straight down judging by the imperceptible spaces between contour lines, is the North Sea. 2,500 feet...that's half a mile. Every so often a tourist tries to take a look...well they end up with a very good view for 2,500 divided by 33 feet per second.
I felt like the sun was trying to burn through and hung around for 45mins. It's so high here you can't hear the ocean below.
