Our week travelling through the Central Highlands of Vietnam has been great. The higher altitude has meant somewhat cooler weather than elsewhere which felt so good. We're now in Vietnam and have spent the last week in Saigon and the Mekong Delta. The latter is an amazingly fertile area south of Saigon, criss-crossed with waterways and apparently produces 75% of the country's fruit and veg.
