Today we got up and headed into Cairns to pop to the supermarket to pick up some supplies and some breakfast. We then had a little look around in the daylight before jumping in our car and heading to Cape Tribulation. On our way we saw lots of birds and butterflies flying above us and saw a whole field of wallabies! We were even lucky enough to see a couple of eagles and cockatoos flying overhead. On our way we stopped off at Palm Cove and at a couple of lookouts...

So today we had a little bit of a lie in - we didn't get up until 7.30! When we got up, we headed for breakfast in the lodge which was very yummy and then headed back to the room so we could check out. After check out we headed to the pool area to wait for our transfer to the airport.
