Tamarind duck
Sour light sweet taste.
On menu they had extra price for pan hot food. Think you pay more for piping hot just cooked :)

Sticky rice how I missed you.
Little stall with mango coconut sticky rice. Washed down with piña colada and pineapple daiquiri. :)
Salt sugar fresh coconut... Boil... Add cooked sticky rice. Also sprinkles of dried toasted salted yellow beans. The crunch was perfect.

Chicken panang curry.
Like a masaman but more lemony. Lemon leaves.
Maybe kaffir lime leaves. Spicy enough too. No potato.
