I foolishly said I would eat it as served. It was honestly tartar! So I sent it back and hoped they wouldn't spit in it. It was still rare when it came back but I didn't want to risk sending it back again.

The vegetables were rather mushy but really tasty. Garlic is a hit here in Uzes.
Steak thin and seasoned perfectly and I love that they serve a big helping of lettuce. Always love lettuce.
