Terroir - place du herbes

Scallop carpaccio with a grapefruit orange and lemon dressing.

This sounded and looked nicer than it was. Olive oil didn't have much taste and the scallops were too slippery with the bath of oil for me. It needed more acidity and although the pepper from the rocket was nice it wasn't powerful enough.
