Tienda hooker.

This was lemon meringue pie. Absolutely gorgeous. For less than a dollar on an expensive island too.

Light fluffy meringue, a tangy sticky lemon layer (less curd like than in Ireland and slightly sweeter which I actually prefer) and a thin layer of pastry.

So impressed we ended up getting another slice for the way home !
