Crab bisque with a puff crust.
I love food that is fun as well as tasty. This dish was so enjoyable to break into the buttery crust to the rich red fresh crab bisque. They're were about 5 large pieces of crab in mine too.
Not too salty or sea like but a dish that had layers of subtle flavours.
