Dinner in Shivani and Eliahs house
Breaded Sand fish. They have signed up to a cool sustainable group where every week you just get the fish they have. What a wonderful way to do it as it means you get to try loads of new tastes.
This fish was a simple white fish. A straightforward plain taste which lends itself very well to pan frying.
We had it with spectacular asparagus and israeli cous cous and a grain blend mix. I really love the variety of grains and carbohydrates in America. So many options. I love this type of cous cous and it was cooked with chicken stock for extra flavour.
