Agricultural fair
Lots of local food for sale. Also bull fighting. Stone throwing. Singing and Dancing.
This is a humita and pancake.
The pancake is milk egg flour and lots of sugar in the batter so they don't need to add it later. Delicious

The corn humita was too bitty (corn not mashed enough) and lacked and flavour.
