Agricultural farmers Fair. This was brilliant. We were the only westerners. Shared a freshly roasted pork. Salty but great.

Agricultural fair Lots of local food for sale. Also bull fighting. Stone throwing. Singing and Dancing. This is a humita and pancake. The pancake is milk egg flour and lots of sugar in the batter so they don't need to add it later. Delicious The corn humita was too bitty (corn not mashed enough) and lacked and flavour.

Delicious saltenas They are just like empanadas but have potato and are much saucier! The pastry is sweeter too more like a shortcrust. Huge fan. Waist line.. Not so much!

Gattopardo Tasty burger and fries. Homemade bun totally fell apart but flavour was good.

Gattopardo We really tried to eat somewhere else. But everywhere in our book had closed down. This restaurant is filled with locals too. Spaghetti bolognese. Nicely cooked noodles (rather than pasta) and a sauce that did remind me of Italy. I know it seems boring to eat this here but really options mostly western here. The hot dog street food stall was not appealing.
