Chefs salad
This was really amusing dish. It had all the trimmings and trappings of being something amazing but Salads are always an afterthought in South America.
It is covered in large rose petals which have a honey glaze dripped over them. Rose petals sounds great but the reality is that they are bitter and soggy.

Also had packet ham but on the plus side there was loads of iceberg lettuce which I love, tomatoes, pineapple and oranges.
