Bella vista on the choro trail.

Stopped at a house with a stunning view and were just about to eat more trail mix when a family appeared. (little baby Elvis!)

We asked if it was their house, they smiled and said yes. (we were filling our water bottles from their source at the time in their hut!)

Then I asked if they would cook hot food for us. Yes no problem. Just wait 30 mins

Amazing.
So the rice boiled potatoes and fried egg are not going to blow your mind culinary wise... But the kindness and gentleness of this lovely family stays fresh in my mind.
