Our next overnight stop was Devils Marbles, a vast array of boulders which have weathered into the shapes we see today. Way more extensive than When I passed by some 40 odd years ago - and someone has moved them to the other side of the highway! The dingo in the pic is a beautiful animal that has no fear of humans.

Spent the next morning getting the car sorted out. The problem related to a faulty camper/car connection which when fixed the ABS problem went away! Around 2am it started raining (and 20 hours later it hasn't stopped). Needed to pack the swag up wet and after a consultation, decided that the preferred route thru Tylers Pass was not possible. We were able to take a shortcut cutting 100km's from the drive to Alice but a warning light on the Prado suggests a problem with ABS. Got to Alice ok and booked the car into Toyota tomorrow morning. Hopefully the rain will ease tho the locals want it to continue.

The drive to King's Canyon was notable only by my brain receiving urgent but conflicting demands for toilet stops. Don't know if it was something I ate or wot!
