Today I made the best meal I've ever cooked for myself: I made spaghetti alla carbonara! It is a spaghetti dish, typical of Rome, with an egg and cheese sauce, topped with bacon bits that have been browned in garlic and olive oil. It was so good, I've cooked it for two meals!
