Ciao! Parlo un po Italiano!!! Oggi fa freddo. In la casa, ho freddo. Mi piace correre. Sempre cucino la cena, di solito a 19:00. Stasera, faccio il compiti, cucino il cibo e manjo. Mi piace Firenze!!!!

Translation: Hi! I speak a little Italian! Today, it's cold. In the house, I'm still cold. I love to run. I always cook dinner, usually around 7pm. Tonight, I do my homework, cook food and eat! I love Florence!!!

I'm still working on learning common phrases and daily words, but it's all coming together! When David is here, in just over a week now, we should be able to sucessfully order food in a restaurant, ask for drinks, request the check and know how much to pay! =]

Yesterday it SNOWED!!! Not a lot, just light flurries, but snow none the less. I was really excited because I've never lived somewhere where it's snowed before! However, I'm wishing it was warm today instead of raining, or cold enough to snow again. I have wonderful rainboots that come up to my knees and an umbrella, but I just don't care for being cold (if there's snow, I'll make an exception!).

Midterms are coming up in a week. I'm already starting to study for them. They will be a bit difficult, but fair. I'm studying and eating Barentatzen that my friend Josh brought back for me from his trip to Switzerland this past weekend! So despite midterms looming on the horizon, I'm quite a happy camper!
