Today we flew to Bali ! It was a relatively smooth flight until we hit Denpasar Airport , where we had to queue for 1.5 hours just to get through security and to get our visas . We were met by Maday-a lovely Balinese boy who was our driver. It took us a while to get to where we are staying in Seminyak, as the traffic was crazy! Once we arrived
at our hotel in Seminyak - Taman Ayu Cottages , we were greeted with a refreshing flannel and a cocktail and were taken to our room ! Very nice for only £20 each per night! Walked around the main road in Seminyak and had a delicious dinner in a crab shack . We shared some salt and pepper crab , along with some baby BBQ ribs. Next we had a few drinks and decided to head to Kuta for a backpackers night out . We had a good time and made some friends with some locals too! Good first night in Bali ! :)
