We used Thursday as a day to recover from our 'ladies night' as well as planning some more of our trip to Bali. We were planning to spend most of the day relaxing by the pool- unfortunately the weather wasn't up to sunbathing standards, so we had to give that a miss. We continued planning our trip to Bali anyway , and managed to book a few hostels for the first week or so. The highlight of the day was our evening activity. We waited for Steve to get back from work and then we all travelled together to the Night Safari. Lucy and I had been to the same spot earlier in the week (river safari and zoo) . It was a fun evening , and it began with a very impressive fire breathing show . The night safari is a great zoo as the animals have lots of space to room and very few hefty cages. It was rather creepy at times , especially when wild rats cross your pathway !!
