I went to Swakopmund, a coastal town, last weekend with one of my roommates. It was so nice to get out of Windhoek and especially nice to see the ocean again. Swakopmund is a small town where everyone goes for the holidays. There were hardly any people on the streets for some reason, but it was nice to be somewhere mellower than Windhoek.
