Well I have finally made it to New Zealand and I am currently in Christchurch. The weather is a lot cooler than Australia as its their Autumn here. Have had to go out and buy some jeans and another warm top...oh well its not like it killed me or anything. Have walked round the town which is lovely and went to Lyttelton which is a port on the outskirts of Christchurch and then went up on the Gondala to get a better view. Tomorrow I am going to Akaroa which is 82 km from Christchurch and is alittle village which is part of the Banks Peninsula. Yes I am 31 today...oh well not bothered. This will suprise you all I got asked for ID today when buying some wine...I was both shocked and pleased off course...mind you maybe she just had bad eye sight or something...who knows. Anyway will try and keep the site uptodate regularly. Still haven't decided on the best way to travel NZ yet so will decide that over the next few days. Thats all from me so take care
