A much less stressful (and less time consuming) journey back to Vancouver found us in the big smoke on my birthday. Kay had a staff party, so myself and Krista went for a little retail therapy- well it was my birthday so I was allowed!!
After a little napskis it was time to get our party on. We got ourselves dolled up and Krista treated me to 'supper'. We went back to our room and played some drinking games with our roommate Katy, and they suitably tanked up we hit the hostel bar and met Kay. Many, many shots ensued and the night ended with the obligitory Mc Donalds at 3am.
