Hello haven't updated in a while but to be honest haven't really done much in last few days.

Arrived in Samui on Friday. We got a 4 hour bus then a boat from the mainland which took about 2 hours. When we arrived at our bungalows we found the combinations on our lock didnt work and when we finally managed to break both locks and get in we discovered to our horror that someone had been through our bags! Luckily they hadn't taken anything, obviously just looking for money (which we had in our hand luggage) but still it was quite disturbing. We'd heard stories from other people about this but there really is nothing you can do because someone stays in the luggage hold and goes through them whilst you're all sat upsatirs! So we're going to try and avoid buses from now on and just take trains and boats where you keep your luggage with you.

Our bungalows are nice, right on the beach. A little quite but nice to chill out. There's these little buses which run all around the island and cost 50 baht wherever you want to go so we are always hopping on and off these. We've been out in the main part of the island most nights because it is so quite on a night here. Just got back from the beach now. Haven't really done anything else to be honest.

Off to Koh Tao tomorrow which is a very small island about an hour north. The diving is supposed to be brilliant here so might try our hand at that xxx
