Just waiting for flight back from Vegas. It was a crazy but amazing place. We were staying in a suite in the Venetian, a bit different from the hostels we have been staying in.
We tried our hand at gambling, Fay had birthday luck and won $40, I gave up when I was $25 down. I found the whole gambling experience very stressful, especially when people were throwing away $100 notes, the things I could do with that money!
Also checked out a lot of the hotels and had a day trip to Hoover dam & the Grand Canyon which was amazing.
It is incredibly hot, over 40c so didnt stay outside long. We spent one afternoon by the pool but mostly in the shade.
Looking forward to getting back to Fays for some sleep, xxx

Mo Connor Hi Em your last blog is so long and you've done so much on the American days I can't believe you fly off to Oz tomorrow! That time has just flown by - Vegas sounds amazing but being an outdoors person I loved your pictures of Yosemite National Park, they felt like you were there with you, but not the nibbling beasties! Emma Yep just at airport now. Hopefully not on my own for too long or I will get lonely but I'm sure I will make lots of friends. I think yosemite was my favourite but as well, it was stunning! Xxx

Nan and Grandad Great to catch up with all your news and the photos - you certainly had a great time. You were in our thoughts at lot at the ABH as we missed you. Last heard that you were in the plane on the way to Oz so hope it was a good flight and that you have a great time in Oz - we will look forward to many more blogs!
