I woke up early to go and book my bus for the following day, and also to prepare for an intense tanning day! I walked pretty far down the beach as it was beautiful and found a luxury resort where the beds were cheap and it was so peaceful. I set up camp there for the day.
After a fair few hours of sunbathing, sleeping and definitely tanning (yay) I got some lunch - treated myself to a meal from the resort teehee and returned to tanning! It was so relaxing; just me, the sun, the sea and my book! I'm so glad I decided to stay in Nha Trang for a good few days as I really do love a bit of beach time (and me time).
There are so many Russians here it is so bizarre! All the signs are in Russian and the Vietnamese seem to speak better Russian than they do English. Apparently it's very cheap to fly here from Russia and so is a common holiday destination. Since travelling I have come to realise that young foreign people speak the most amazing English, especially the Europeans, and I honestly feel embarrassed a lot of the time that I can be the only English person on a group - yet we all speak English! It has made me really want to learn another language and so I downloaded an app to learn Spanish before South America.
I returned to the hostel and chilled with Dario for a while - gonna be sad when we split up tomorrow! We went for dinner with two British guys, Ryan and Barney, a Canadian girl called Danielle and a British girl called Evelyn to this really great Italian pizza place.
Back at the hostel a huge crowd of us dos predrinks and went to Why Not? Bar. I bumped into a whole bunch of guys I had met in Hue which was so nice. The most lovely little Vietnamese girl, Hannah, who works at the hostel came out with us and she is literally the sweetest thing! I wish I could bring her back to England with me, she's so friendly and helpful and we had a lot of fun before thee two of us walked back to the hostel together. I've had such a great time in Nha Trang.
