I was hungoverly woken by a beach-ready Natalie at around 1 pm and we l headed to Nha Trang Beach, which was only a couple of minutes walk away from the hostel. The beach is absolutely huge and stretches for miles. It is a beautiful beach with mountains in the distance and a large stretch of warm sand. The waves however are pretty hectic as it was super super windy. There was nothing I wanted more than to lie on a beach all day, reading and tanning and having the breeze keep me cool as the weather was amazing!
After being consumed by a wave and trudging back to my sunbed looking like a drowned rat, I dried off and we went for some lunch; it was so nice that Stephen, Dan, Alicia and Lottie came to join us - I so wish they weren't leaving so soon.
After a nice peaceful afternoon, and sadly saying goodbye to Dan, Stephen and Alicia (who live in Sheffield so I will definitely see them back on England), Natalie and I went for a phenomenal Greek meal and reminisced over all the great times we have had in the past few weeks and how strange it is to think that we have only known each other for this short period of time. We went for drinks and some other people came to join. A nice chilled out evening to end a chilled out day.
