Just a quick post for today. We left mexico city! The trip to Oaxaca took about 7 hours as we got stuck in a bit of traffic in the mountains. At least the first class coaches are super comfy, and not expensive when you compare it to travel in the UK! Hannah again. I think we both actually got a really good night´s sleep last night. I know that I slept a good ten hours at least! We were up just before 8 and had kinda gross hot cakes and very watery coffee for breakfast. We got to Frida Kahlo´s blue house for around 10 and it was so so good. Woke up really early but slept a lot better than last night. Got on the metro underground and went to the Archaeological museum which was set in a lovely park with loads of street stalls. The museum had the most amazing waterfall in the middle and lots of different sections on the history of different areas of Mexico. Terrible nights sleep, I don´t think that we are used to the temperature yet as although we are still in the mountains it is still over 20° at night. We had our first Mexican breakfast of omelette, bread and Mexican beans that were fairly interesting.
