Day 28 (Thursday 3rd Jan 08)

Had some breakfast and finished squashing everything into our bags. Checked out and our transport (Nissan X-Trail - was like being at home!) was waiting to take us to the airport. Checked in for
our Kingfisher flight but not sure what to expect as Kingfisher is the local beer company, hoping the pilots wouldn't all be trollied! Actually it was a very nice flight, flew into Bangalore and had
a long wait until the second flight. Again another nice flight with Kingfisher to Kolkata. A long day of travelling arriving at about midnight with nowhere to stay for the night. Asked around and we
were told there were some rest rooms in the airport if we went and asked the airport manager. Unfortunately all the rooms were full but he found us a guesthouse nearby and they picked us up. Bit of a
scary drive to the guesthouse and bit of an interesting place but just needed a night's sleep!
