This morning after the minging breakfast we set off on our long trek. I would do this everyday if I could it was amazing. All the layers of rice terraces looking like giant steps up and mountain and climbing up and down them while walking up muddy paths next to wild buffalo, it was brilliant and I loved every minute. We also stopped for lunch in a little tribal village where they cooked us a traditional meal which obviously involved rice and boiled vegatables and some kind of egg omlet and some chicken, I thought it was delicious but Jordan being a clean freak and chef only ate the rice, I was proud of myself for being adventurous. In the village there we're children selling bracelets and begging, me and jord took pens and colouring books for them aswell as some sweeties which they loved- we thought it would be better than just giving them money. We met a little girl dressed in a bumble bee outfit who was so young she couldn't hardly talk trying to sell bracelets to make money, me and jord loved her and she loved having her picture taken especially a 'selfie' on our phones. If it was upto Jordan we would have adopted her there and then! She was adorable. We gave her a little more than the rest as she was our favorite and she waved us off by and then walked home on her own. We then carried on our trek for another few kilometres. Later back at the hotel it was time to pack up again and grab a quick tea before our third and final night on the tour - the night bus home. I would deffinatly tell anyone to visit sapa if in Vietnam, the views are something off a postcard/ the internet, incredible few days!
