We arrived in Ho Chi Minh at around 8pm after a 10hour journey. It was a suprisingly comfortable though as we we're put on a sleeping bus which meant each of us got a reclining seat which went all the way back allowing us to sleep for most of the journey. Ho Chi Minh City is broken up into districts; we are staying in district 1- the backpacker district. It's very busy and developed, not quite what I expected. Last night we stayed in pods again, like Bangkok but only more advanced and modern, it was like something out of the future. They had a built in dressing table, mini little fridge to keep a bottle of water cold, LED lighting and a flat screen tv which came off the wall for when you we're wanting to watch tv in bed. All I can say is that they we're amazing! Although it meant me and Jordan had to stay on separate floor for girls and boys so we are now in the same place but in a room, which is probally the most luxurious place we have stayed so far, it's about £10 a night. The bed is to die for. We have booked to stay here for another 4 nights.
