Well we made it through on our over night train experience, great fun, bit noisy and certainly an adventure! We struggled at 1st to work out how to turn the seats into bunks, with many Thai people laughing at us but soon worked out we had to wait for a guard. We ate a traditional thai dinner an snuggled up with a beer an a book Tom opting for the beer of course. :-) After sleeping on an off and both of us on full alert watching our luggage we arrived in chiang Mai at 9 O'clock this morning. We relaxed by the pool 2day in preperation for our 3day jungle trek that awaits us tomorow, but made time to visit the local night bazaar this evening despite the rain. hope ur all well, we'll update some photo's soon xxx
