With no plans in Maputo we took a walk around. Maybe we chose a bad direction but there was little of interest and the locals were less than inviting. No one in Maputo smiles. The most interesting sight we found could also be viewed from our hotel rooms balcony. A big church and a statue of the first president of an independent Mozambique.
