Hello,

Well we arived in new zelaand about midnight and checked into our hostel we had already booked two nights in a double room from home so that was gd, we had a heater in our room as well as electric blankets on each side of our bed so i was so happy lol. When we got all our stuff in our room we went and got some food as we hadnt had no dinner and new zealand was 2 hours in front of oz there wasnt much choice so kev had good old mcdonalds and i had a kfc lol.

That night i just couldnt sleep at all i finally fell asleep about 4 30/5 in the morning. We didnt have anything planned for the next day apart from sorting our bus out and having a look around seeing what there was to do, so we never set an alarm and kevs phone went dead anyway so when we finally woke up we had no idea what the time was and i felt really ill. When we ventured outside after getiing ready to go get some food we looked at the clock to find out it was nearly 5pm lol so we had slept through a whole day lol.

We stopped in a travel agent on the way to the supermarket and asked someone what there was to do but there didnt seem to be alot so after making our way round the supermarket and getting a taxi back cus i was really ill, we booked our bus for the next morning which worked out ok as we only had two nights booked anyway so had to check out the next morning. Kev made himself some dinner after that and i managed to eat some cereal before trying to go back to sleep which didnt happen till ten past five in the morning after i had a shower and then the alarm went off at 6 anyway to get the bus at 7.

So after another sleepless night we packed our stuff up got some breakfast and waited for the bus to take us to the next stop. We will be going back to christchurch tho on our bus in a few weeks as it does a loop so we might be able to see more of it then lol and maybe do something intresting there we can write about lol.
