Mee Chambo for lunch any one ?

Stumbled upon this food stall not far from the border town of Pengkalan Kubor. The special item in the menu was Chambo noodle or mee chambo.

Have no idea what it was. Told that it originated from south Thailand and has been modified to suite local taste bud with few varieties.

It was... hmmm yummy. First time for me too. Best consume during rainy days.
