Had a great day today, a morning tour (where I probably got ripped off a bit) around the City including Chappatti Beach, Marine Drive, Hanging Gardens, a less good hard sell at a carpet store, and amazing hotel laundry cleaning service provided by the Dobiwhallas - that sounds a sad place to go but it truely isnt. This afternoon I went on a Ferry over to Elephanta Island where luckily I met up with a 26yr old Bristol Rovers fan James who had stewarded at Crystal Palace a few years ago and his lovely Russian Wife. We got on great and went round the island together with its lovley scenery and sculptures - we probably went a bit too far off the beaten track at times but just about made the Ferry back. Then a cracking dinnner, but no exotic booze in far bombay just a few beers. Now I need to get a train home and pack ready to get to Jaipur tomorrow. My guts are JUST about OK althought the constipation pills are coming out when I get back! Thanks for the messages, much appreciated.
