Collateral Damage Due to some p*** poor planning, muggins spent Sunday night on the overnight train to KL to drop off our bags at left luggage while my lovely girlfriend was entertained in Singapore. I leave her for one night of wine drinking and jacuzzi enjoyment and she looks like she has been mauled by a tiger!!! DW

Fun to spend a weekend in Singapore catching up with old friends. It's good for the soul to spend time chatting over cups of tea and red wine and when you throw in a penthouse jacuzzi with amazing skylines and dinners at riverfront sushi restaurants, if adds a 'je ne sais quoi'. Felt like a weekend of my normal/usual life, pootling about the city, coffees and a little retail therapy. Thanks Heidi-Hi for the amazing hospitality. You rock! Lea

Airports are the same all over the world - duty frees with random goods, overpriced cafes, with most of the other shops shut at 5am. At least we have good free wifi here. The oddities of life Seven days at the Bali Hyatt courtesy of Ms Zeto's points and we took advantage of the complimentary garden tour to check out the local flora. We found this odd little statue which Leah instantly took a liking to (apparently she likes odd little things!!) Now we head off to Singapore for a few days with some friends and then the mainland Asian odyssey. DW
