It's the 21st Feb, and we are back in Thailand in the north Chaing Mai. We went to the tiger kingdom nearby and had a wicked day with the tigers. You can choose which size tigers you want to get in the cage with (we chose the smallest baby cubs!) then you get about 15mins to sit with the tigers and stroke them, the little ones were quite playful! The tigers look happy and well cared for here and are quite obviously not drugged or chained up or anything which some places seem to do which I hate the idea of. After we saw the baby cubs we walked round the other enclosures and saw some of the biggest and most beautiful tigers including a tiny newborn cub.

Whilst in Chaing Mai we also did a Thai cooking class. We were there about 5/6 hours. First we went the local market to get ingredients and learnt how to make loads of tasty thai dishes like green curry, noodles, pad thai, spring rolls and fish cakes. And the best bit was we got to eat them all when we finished cooking them! Definitely don't need any dinner tonight! We even got a little recipe book to take home too to attempt to 'recreate' them!
