It's the 25th April and we started our tour this morning in Auckland, and headed to Waitomo. On the way we stopped of the see a kiwi bird which is the native bird of New Zealand.
After lunch we checked into our little chalet for the night, and headed to the Waitomo caves.
We went on a tour through the caves and got in a boat in the dark to see the glow worms on the roof which were so cool and were like loads of fairy lights covering the roof of the cave.
In the evening we had dinner, and mingled with some of the people on our tour and some crazy old kiwi guys. Next stop - we head to Rotorua.
