Well I successfully completed the first part of the journey alone. It was the first time I had flown, even though I have done it a million times. Was mega easy but had an issue on the plane when I realised that I hadn't arranged a visa or anything. It was all ok as it turns out that I didn't need one anyway. Lucky!! But Christchurch is nice, amazing weather on Saturday. Had a cultural and intellectual day of looking around the Contemporary Arts Musuem and the Canterbury Musuem, walked around the Botanical Gardens and looked at the weekend markets. Also went to the Arts Centre and had some food. My hostel is nice and is right opposite the cathedral. Went out with Louise from home and her friends for St Patricks Day, nothing too big and I ended coming home early as I was a bit drunk from drinking so much random stuff. But it rained all afternoon on Sunday and there was massive storms so I ended up just reading in a cafe with a hot chocolate. Looking forward to leaving tomorrow as there isn't much else to do here and looking forward to starting the Kiwi Experience bus.
