(13 November)

The next morning the boys got up early to go to Railay beach to climb, but I was so tired i slept through them leaving haha, so that decided whether to go with them or not! I had a really chilled out day with Anna and Kristin, went for a walk, had some breakfast on the hostel next door which was awesome, and booked our boat from there to Ko Phi Phi the next morning.

We went for a wander after breakfast and met Silvio, a guy Kristin had travelled in Vietnam with, who was pretty nice! I bought some new flip flops (again!) and then had a bit of a spa day - wax, manicure, pedicure and massage for 550 BHT which was stupidly good!

Later in the afternoon we chilled out at the hostel and I skyped mum which was awesome, then we went to get a few beers from the 7/11. We met silvio and oli and they booked on the same boat as us for the morning. Around dinner time it started to absolutely pour with rain, it was crazy! So we were glad we had just been planning to go to the hostel next door for dinner because they were showing The Beach at 7 which is set in Ko Phi Phi - still got soaked in the 3 steps between them though haha.

Dinner was awesome, shared a green curry with Kristin and had a few Changs, but didn't end up seeing much of the film cos we were all chatting! After a while we headed back to our hostel to see what was going on.

There was live music in the bar downstairs which was really good, and one of the guitarists let me have a go on the guitar while they weren't playing haha...guess who was excited! It was really good craic and met some cool people. Definitely one of the best hostels I've stayed in!
