22nd Feb

Left Rio at 7am heading for Paraty. Stopped at supermarket for supplies. Arived at campgrounds and other groups here also, so we have been upgraded to a room in a hostel. Sharing with Sally and Sabine. Beach is across the road. Going out for Thai tonight in town. Food was awesome. Paraty is a quaint old town with cobblestoned roads.

23rd Feb

Headed towards the harbour and went out on a schooner for a day trip around bay. It was awesome. Great food and lots of Caiprihanias.

We were with five other tour groups.

Back to hostel for Pizza night.

24th Feb

Went on a bus trip to Trindade Beach. It was a lot quieter and a much better beach with waves. Headed back to Paraty and packed up for early start tomorrow. Leaving at 6am for Iguazu.
