I flew from Accra to Sunyani and was met by two ATS guys.We drove about an hour to the Ahafo gold mine.The trip was colourful, lots of jungle and local villages very back in time type of feel(mud brick houses etc. Then we arrived at the site at what I thought was a railway crossing but was for the ore trucks coming and going to the strip mine huge damn trucks.I have been settling into the camp it is quite nice and large the rooms are pleasant about hotel size ...
