Hello everyone, We are sat in an internet cafe place just round the corner from where we have been staying for the last 11 days; Bottle Beach (Had Kuat). There is no internet there (come to mention it, no roads and only one phone which is pricey!) which is why we have been a bit slack on updating the site with latest news.. We have spent the last week or so on a detox - going without booze for a whole 7 days. This would have lasted slightly longer but we met some like minded travellers called Kerryn and Paul. So we had to have a drink with them, or a few. But they are off to New Zealand soon so Im sure we will be good again. Until we meet some more peeps!! What have we been doing (apart from not drinking) I hear you ask? Sunbathing, snorkelling, reading, hammocking, playing chess and eating some wonderful thai food (king fish last night, mmmm!). Last night was well funny as we played the greatest underground card game going - shi*head. We played s'head with the thai guys last night - even more fun as they love a game of cards and crack us up. We have just got a long tail boat from bottle beach to the nearest civilisation with net facilities and an air conditioned 7-11 store (with atm) which goes back at 1300hrs, that combined with the slowest pc in the world mean we are running out of time.
