We arrived in Koh Phi Phi Sunday 10th Feb and had already booked our accomodation for a week as we decided to treat this week as more of a 'holiday' than 'backpacking' so we spent most of the week lazing around the pool or the beach! So after a not so peaceful time in Pa Tong, we travelled up to Khao Lak. As neither of us had been here before we didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised at how peaceful the area was. Hardly anyone bothering you and not a lot of traffic. We arrived in Pa Tong after a full day of travelling. We left Koh Chang at 6am and after a minibus, taxi and plane we arrived in Pa Tong at 10 pm.
