Three days in Taganga, a small fishing village close to Santa Marta. We have been on the beach (Playa Grande) twice. Tayrona National Park We took the local bus to Tayrona and hiked for one hour to Arreceife. We saw two species of monkeys, one red and quite big, and another black and white which were tiny and very cute! We found a cabana at Paraiso and stayed at the cafe all afternoon...We strolled downs to the beach but the current were to rough to take a swim. We´re a complete group! Met up with Camilla at the hostel yesterday afternoon. She came from Nicaragua...From there we went to the bus station cause we decided to go to the north, Santa Marta. The bus journey lasted 19 hours and when we stepped out of the -10 degrees aircon bus, the temperature was 35 degrees! We found a beautiful hotel fairly close to the beach prommenade. The colombian girl told me loads of nice things about her country, and I had never been closer to realizing that I was finally heading towards Latin America again!!!
