Day 5 - Lake Garda and Verona. Bella Italia...A daytrip booked with our tour operator. Off from Jesolo at 8am after we picked up on the bus tourists from other 2-3 locations near us. I struggled a little bit to find the perfect combination of words to define Hotel D'Annunzio where we stayed for a week (12-19 Sep 2014) for our Venice holiday. Day 4 - Murano and Burano. A very lovely and busy day, started with a beach session because the sun was shining then we've been off to Murano and Burano. Bus journey like usual (40 mins) from Jesolo to Punta Sabbioni, missed by seconds the direct boat to Burano but opted for day trip tickets this time (20 eur) so we took the next departing boat to Venice instead. Day 3 - first proper summer day. Weather was just gorgeous so after a late breakfast we decided to try the Lido di Jesolo beach today. Bought some sand toys for my son plus a mini inflatable boat (6 eur) and armbands (3 eur) from the corner shop on our 2 mins walk to the beach.
